CUSTOMER SERVICE CHARTER


Kerry Airport is committed to serving the needs of each and every passenger to the highest possible standards. In our continued pursuit of excellence, we have adopted the Charter Code of Commitments by Airlines and Airports to Air Passenger Rights.

 

Any passenger with a disability / or reduced mobility requiring assistance should contact a member of Kerry Airport staff who would be delighted to help.

 

 

Kerry Airport provide:

 

•A Meet and Assist service for passengers boarding or disembarking from Aircraft

 

•Free wheelchairs

 

•Assistance with young people travelling unaccompanied

 

 

 

All of the above requests must be arranged with the airline at the time of booking or a minimum 24 hour notification must be given.
