CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Customer Service Desk is in the main concourse and can help with transport, ticket reservations, accommodation and general tourist information.

CHECK-IN

The check-in area at Kerry Airport is located in the main concourse.

We recommend that passengers arrive at the airport between 60-90 minutes before the scheduled departure of their flight.

GIFT SHOP

The Gift Shop is located in the departure lounge. The shop stocks a wide range of perfumes, spirits, chocolates, leather goods, jewellery, pottery, books, magazines and many more leading brand gifts. An ideal place to purchase that last minute gift.

BUREAU DE CHANGE

The Bureau de Change is located at the Customer Service desk in the main concourse. It offers competitive rates and commission rates are equal to what is charged by any of the high street banks and are always clearly displayed.

The bureau accepts all major travellers cheques and currencies.

TELEPHONES

Phonecard and coin operated phones are situated in various locations in the airport.

WIRELESS BROADBAND

The world's newest and most innovative Internet technology, Wi-Fi, is now available at Kerry Airport. No wires, no connections, no limitations.

When you are in Kerry Airport and have a laptop or PDA with a Wi-Fi card, simply ask customer services in the main concourse for more details on wireless broadband.

RESTAURANT & BAR

The Airport has a fully licensed bar and restaurant which is located in the main concourse. The bar provides a wide variety of beers, spirits and wines. The restaurant offers an excellent selection of hot and cold meals, snacks, teas, coffees and soft drinks.

CAR RENTAL
Several international car hire companies operate out of Kerry Airport. The car hire companies are now located in the Long Term Car Park.

Please Note: Car hire companies should be contacted directly, and not through the Kerry Airport main switchboard as the car rentals are separate to the airports telephone system.

CUSTOMS, IMMIGRATION AND SECURITY

Immigration, customs and police controls are present during normal opening hours.

BABY CHANGING FACILITY

This is located in the main concourse next to the bar and restaurant.

SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

CAR PARKING

There are two main car parks located at Kerry Airport - Short and Long Term.

Short Term Car Parking

The short term car park is located directly outside the main terminal building and is ideal for meeting or dropping someone off to a flight, overnight or short term stays.
Current Rate: First Half Hour Free - €2.50 to €10 per day, depending on length of stay up to 24 hours. See below for more information.

Long Term Car Parking

The long term car park is located within two minutes walk of the main terminal building. It is ideal for long stays such as long weekends or holidays.
Current Rate: First Hour Free - From €4.50 to €6 per day, depending on length of stay up to 24 hours. See below for more information.

Disabled Car Parking

There are 10 disabled parking spaces available for passengers with disabilities at Kerry Airport. These spaces are available in the short term car park to allow easy access to the main terminal.
Current Rate: First Hour Free - From €4.50 to €6 per day, depending on length of stay up to 24 hours.
